0 PREMIER AND DAIRYMEN. ' (By Telograpli.—l'rcoa Association.) Dunodln, Juno 18. A deputation of tlio Dunedin and Suburban Dairymen's Association waited on tlio Premier this morning. Mr. llnssey, after hearing tlie views of the deputation, said ho understood them to say tliftt the piosont regulations were too drastic; that inexperienced men were sometimes appointed to administer- them, and that too much power was in these inspectors hands, lio was a farmer himself, anil lie understood how important it was limt not only stock, but sheds should bo kept in proper condition. He would hove tht statements about tlio inexperienced men looked into, and sec what could be done. Ho agreed that inexperienced men coulii not administer the regulations as the} should be administered. If that was lh. case, he would see that men were the" who had experience. If it were -possibl* to provide some form of anpenl, hi thought this should be done, liut nt the moment ho could net see how it could Ix worked. .
