BULGARIAN CABINET. A MINISTRY OP ALL PARTIES. By Telegraph— Press Association—Copyright Belorade, June IG. M. Gueshofr's Cabinet resigned bccauso it was unwilling to face the responsibility of accepting the Tsar's arbitration. The latest indications are that the Ministry will bo invited to remain in office. Sofia, Juno IG. Tho "Mir," the semi-oflicial organ, explains that the Gueshoff Cabinet resigned as a protest against tho Allies' disloyal nets. The new Ministry's programmo embodies tho views of all parties, and aims at accomplishing Bulgaria's duty to Macedonia as formulated in King Ferdinand's reply to tho Tsar. King Ferdinand's reply reminded the Tsar of Russia's recognition in years past of Bulgaria's incontestable duties towards Macedonia, tho population of which was anxious to remain Bulgarian at all costs. KING PETER'S REPLY. TO THE TSAR'S TELEGRAM. (Rec. Juno 18, 0.25 a.m.) Bolgrade, Juno 17. M. Nicholas, of Greece, has arrived, and is proceeding to St. Petersburg. It is understood that his mission is to lay the Greek desires in regard to tho partition of the conquered territories before the Tsar. King Peter's reply to tho Tsar's telegram has not been published, but it is believed that he insists that the evacuation of the conquerod territories would overthrow his Government, and place his dynasty in an impossible position, and jeopardise Servia's economic independence. King Peter declined to accept tho resignation of his Ministers, and insists on M. Pasics (the Prime Minister) representing Servia at tho Conference of the Premiers at St. Petersburg. PRESSURE FROM BRITAIN. (Rec. June 18, 0.25 a.m.) London, June 17. Great Britain is pressing Bulgaria to accept Servia's proposal for tho demobilisation of the field troops to one-fourth.
