June 17, 0.30 a.m.) London, June 16. The newspapers make friendly references to tho Kaiser's jubilee, and tho chief events of his reign aro featured. The Lord Mayor forwarded tho Kaiser the good wishes of tho city. Prince Lichnowski (tho Gorman Ambassador at London) entertained a thousand German residents. His Majesty tho King was represented at a thanksgiving eorvico which was held in a German, church in London. The whole diplomatic oorps attended. THANKSGIVING SERVICES. (Rec. Twenty-four thousand veterans attended an open-air service at Tempelhoforfeld and services woro held in all tho garrison churches in memory of the Emporor Frederick.
