[HpMially Written for Thb Dojhjuoh.] TUESDAY. Potato soup. Roast leg of mutton. Onion sauce, Baked potatoes. Pumpkin. Plum pudding. PLUM PUDDING. Seven ounces breadcrumbs, soz. flour, 4oz. currants, 4cz. sultanas, 2oz. peel, 4oz. brown sugar, Jib. suet, 1 hcaxied teaspoon baking powder, half a nutmeg ferated), grated rind of 1 lemon, 2 eggs, 1 gill milk. Mix all tho dry ingrodientß together, flako and chop the suet finely, rub into dry ingredients; beat the eggs, add the milk, and stir into other ingredients. Scald and flour a pudding cloth, and pour mixture on it; tio very firmly, leaving pudding room to swell. Plunge into boiling water, and boil 21 hours. Servo with sweet sauce. 1 FOR TO-MORROW. Stock.
