Seven ounces breadcrumbs, soz. flour, 4oz. currants, 4cz. sultanas, 2oz. peel, 4oz. brown sugar, Jib. suet, 1 hcaxied teaspoon baking powder, half a nutmeg ferated), grated rind of 1 lemon, 2 eggs, 1 gill milk. Mix all tho dry ingrodientß together, flako and chop the suet finely, rub into dry ingredients; beat the eggs, add the milk, and stir into other ingredients. Scald and flour a pudding cloth, and pour mixture on it; tio very firmly, leaving pudding room to swell. Plunge into boiling water, and boil 21 hours. Servo with sweet sauce. 1 FOR TO-MORROW. Stock.
