The "Evening Standard" says that Australian authorities, in London disagree with tho'statement by "Tho Times" regarding decreased emigration, to Australia. They estimate that there will be a small increase in the number of emigrants this year. Possibly the" smaller shipping companies outside those under agreement'with the Australian Governments aro not doing so well as formerly.
