ANOTHER ESTATE PURCHASED. The Government have purchased ' tho estate of Mr. Matthew Henry, at Waitoa, near Morrinsville, containing an area of between 1400 and 1500 acres of land. • It is anticipated that the estate will cut up into fourteen dairy farms.
