SIR SAMUEL GRIFFITH'S OPINION OF AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright London, June 12. Sir Samuel Griffith, Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia, in an interview givon to tho "Financial News," says that Australia was blessed with a singularly law-abiding people. There was no better country in the world, where an intelligent lad could find better opportunities for completing his education at a reasonable outlay.
