By Tolesrraph.—Pree3 Association—Oopyrig-M London, Juno 12. Bulgaria and Scrvia have accepted arbitration by the Tsar of Russia of tho points in dispute between them. GENERAL HOPE OP PEACE. (Rec. Juno 13, 11.30 ,p.m.) Sofia, Juno 13. There is a general hope expressed here that the acceptance of arbitration will secure peace.
