Respecting- disobedience of a. maintenance order, Joseph Kenny was sentenced to fourteen days imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as 2s. M. per week is paid off tho arrears. On charges that they were common prostitutes, Lilian Jukes sentenced to one month's imprisonment, and Lassie Stanley was fined Andrew Carnegie was ordered to pay 4s, per week towards the support of his mother. . . Henry TJrwin was fined 103., with costs '75., in default twenty-four hours un- ■ prisomnent, for having been in the Koyal ' Tiger Hotel on a Sunday. ; CIVIL BUSINESS.
