The Federal writs axe returnable on July 1, but at the present rate of counting it looks as if many of the return will be incomplete on that date. Mr. W. M. Hughes (Federal AttorneyGeneral) predicts another election within twelve months. UNCOUNTED ABSENTEE VOTES. Sydney, June 9. The counting of the absentee votes has not been finished in a single electorate. In some only a few hundred papers remain uncounted; in others several thousands.
