Dr. Forbes Winslow- was tho founder of tho British Hospital for Mental Disorders, London. He was frequently consulted in criminal and lunacy cases, amongst which may bo cited tho Pcngo mystery, tho Balham mystery, tho • Whitechapel murders, Mrs. Maybrick's case, as well as many important civil cases. His publications include: "Manual of Lunacy." "Ecoontrioity of Youth Leading to Crime," "Spiritualistic Madness," "Hnndbook for Attendants on the Insane," and many others.
