LBpsoially Written for The Dominion.] TUESDAY. Brunoise Soup. Stewed Kabbit. Potatoes. Cabbago. B'read and Butler Pudding. STEWED RABBIT. Cut a rabbit into neat joints, lot it remain in salt and water for 15 minutes; then put into a stewpan. with 2 whole onions, 1 blade of mace, i teaspoonful of grated lemon peel, and somo salt. Pour in enough milk and water to nearly cover the joints of rabbit. Bring to tho boil, draw to tho side of tbo stove, and simmer gently for about li hours (an old rabbit will take longer). Then thioken the stew with a littlo flour blended with milk and water. Let it cook another 15 minutes, servo garnished with triangles of fried bread. FOR TO-MORROW.
