Tho Plumpton was "in good order, and tho attendance fairly numerous. Tho results were:— Maiden Stake, for an, unlimited number of all-aged, dogs that had. not won more than £o (cash or trophy) in ono stake, winner .£3O, runner-up £5, three dogs at <£2 10s.;- and four dogs at £2 each., Third round: Brodden beat jrGluskey, Awkward Jim beat Maori Call, Woolton beat LoriJ Raglan,' Diamond Jubilee beat Summertime, Kilts a bye. Fourth round: Awkward Jim an accidental bye, Woolton beat lulls, Diamond Juibileo a bye. Fifth round: Diamond Jubilee beat Awkward Jim, Woolton a bye. Final: Mr. W. Goodall's r. d. Woolton, by Bugle Call—Fleetwind, beat Mr. W. Broad's r. d. Diamond Jubilee, by Self-Denial —Ace of Diamonds. Winter Cup, for an unlimited number of all-aged dogs, at .£2 10s. each, winner .£8 10s., run-ner-up £3 10s. Sccond round: Meteor beat Irish Twist, The Convict a bye. Final: Mr. J. Milne's blk. d. Meteor, by Starlight—Oilskin, beat Mr. F. Victory's r. d. The Convict) by Bugle Call—Dartmoor. GREAT NORTHERN MEETING. Auckland, June 8. The Great Northern Coursing Club's meeting results are as follow: —Maiden Stakes, first tics.—Soltano beat Bachelor; Egmont beat Princess Lass; Black Beauty beat Dreadnot; Handsome Lass, a bye. Second ties—Soltano beat Princess Lass; Handsome Lass beat Black Beauty. Fiual - Soltano beat Handsome Lass. Stamford Alkige Stakes, first ties—'Waterfall beat Renown; Mosquito, an accidental bye; Wairiki beat. Candidate; Kowhai, a bye. Second ties—Mosquito beat Waterfall; Wairiki beat Kowhai. Final: Mosquito beat Wairilci.
