Havo whites beaten to ft stiff froth, stir in last of all just before using. Havo the frying fat ready hot, dip tho apples into the batter, and fry a golden brown on each sidp; drain on naper, and servo with castor sugar sprinkled on. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock.
