TRANSPORT WORKERS.
PROPOSAL FOR AMALGAMATION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Reo. Juno 0, 11.30 p.m.) London, Juno G. Mr. Harry Gosling, who is presiding at the Transport Workers' Conference at Newport, in Monmouth, declares that tho various affiliated unions must be prepared to forward the movement. All transport forces should amalgamate. The conference subsequently adopted a resolution in favour of amalgamation.
