TO BEITISH INSURANCE SCHEME. By Telegraph—Press Aieoclottnn— Copyright London, Juno 4. In tho House of Commons, Mr. C. F. Masterinan, Financial Secretary to the Tronsury, in reply to a question, stated that only 20,500 men who were their own employers were voluntary contributors under the insurance scheme, compared with an estimated 829,090.
