THE PATH OP DIPLOMACY. (Rec. June 5, 11.30 p.m.) Vienna, June 5. It is reported that Greece and Bulgaria are willing to refer the occupation of Salonika to arbitration.. ' Bulgaria is willing to accept the Six Powers' decision. Greece desires that of tho Triple Entente; Bulgaria refuses to agree to arbitration over Drama, Seres, arid Kavala. BULGARIA MANOEUVRING. "But," it goes on to say, "Bulgaria attacked us, and polluted our sanctuaries. For her we have no sympathies.-" BULGAR TROOPS WITHDRAW. (Rec. June 5, 11.30 p.m.) Belgrade, June 5. I Acting on instructions from headquarters, the Servian Commandant requested the Bulgarians to withdraw from their position at Istib. The Bulgarians acquiesced.
