The forces of Salar-ed-Dowleh (uncle of tho Shah, and leader of the rebel Bakhtiari) arc within a couple of days' march of Rcsht. They killed the Sipahdar's grandson. The Government is concerned because of the dangerous development of Salar-eil-Dowleh's rebellion.
