FURTHER DIVORCE CASES. His Honour Mr. Justice Sim presided at yesterday's sitting of tho Supreme C T'wo divorce actions were heard in the -afternoon, and the morning sitting \\ as 'occupied with the hearing of counsel in the Barmaid appeal case, which is fully reported elsewhere. . , The petition of Sarah Maria Whito for divorce from John White was granted. Mr 1' W. Jackson appeared for Mrs. Wliito." Evidence in support of tho petition was heard last Wednesday. John Edmund Turner applied for divorce from Blanche Turner. The parties were married in England m 1896, and they came to Now Zealand in 1910. It was alleged. that the wifo had gone awav with a man named Dixon. A decree nisi was granted. Mr. F. P. Kelly appeared for tho petitioner.
