Tho chairman said any altered arrangement might present difficulties in tlio matfar of tlio supply of' rolling Htock, At present tho carriages arriving at the terminal stations word cleaned and sent back on tho iicxt outward train, and tho timo mig'ht not bo sufficient io enable this to bo done if the trains wore.sent back from Auckland a few hours after arrival. If thrco extra trains wcro run this would get over the difficulty, and ho thought Hie Chamber should back up Auckland.
