MR. ALLEN DUE IN AUCKLAND ON 1 TUESDAY. (By Ttilesraph—Pre?s Association.) Auckland, June 1. A cablo message was received yesterday "by Mr. G. J. Garland from tho Hon. Jas. Allen, Minister for Finance and Defence, In the cablegram, whioh was dated from Suva, Mr. Allen stated that he would be pleased to be accorded a civic reception at tho Town Hall on Tuesday at 3 p.m.; that he would officially the Seddon Memorial Technical Colle'go in Wellesley Streot at 3 p.m. ou Wednesday, June 4, nnd would address a meeting on the evening of the samo day at the Town Hall.
