In connection with the .£500,000 worth of Treasury bills, with a one-year currency, which the South Australian State Government is placing on 'the market, on a basis of 41 per centum, it is stated that the Chinese financial trouble has. delayed the floating of the State's big loan, which, however, will probably be issued at the first favourable opportunity. N.S.W. TREASURY BILLS. London, May 29. New South Wales has placed i 750,000 Treasury bills, on a year's currency, at 4 per cent.
