The Servian dolegatos have been authorised to sign the draft Peace Treaty. Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, told tiro delegates that the Treaty of Peaco must bo signed to-morrow, and asked tliem whether they were going to sign it. Subsequently he arranged to preside at a meeting of representatives of all the bolligerents wlio will sign to-morrow.
