It was at Pirot that the Bulgarians defeated tlie Servians in 1885.] THE PEACE TREATY. SIR'EDWARD GREY'S STRAIGHT TALK. London, May 29. The Servian dolegatos have been authorised to sign the draft Peace Treaty. Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, told tiro delegates that the Treaty of Peaco must bo signed to-morrow, and asked tliem whether they were going to sign it. Subsequently he arranged to preside at a meeting of representatives of all the bolligerents wlio will sign to-morrow.
