London, May 28. Mr. Watt, Premier of. Victoria, states that Mr. Percy Hunter lias been appointed director of tho New South Wales and Victorian amalgamated emigration services to be inaugurated on July 1. Mr. Hunter has for some time been in London as Director of the Immigration and Tourist Bureau of New South Wales.] WHERE BRITISH EMIGRANTS GO. London, May 28. During the last four months 133,000 emigrants left Britain, of which number 66,911 went to' Canada, 23,432 to Australia, 4881 to New Zealand, and 28,522 to the United' States.
