SUPREME COURT. PROCEEDINGS FOR DIVORCE. THE JONES CASE. Evidence in tlie divorce action of Albert I'M win Jones v. Jane Jones and I-.uniund Crow was concluded yesterday morning before Mr. Justice Sim and a jury °f twelve. After a retirement of 1G minutes 111* jury returned with a verdict against .Mrs. Jones and Crow. They found that there hail been misconduct between them and that Jones had not connived at it. They awarded Jones £100 damages. A" decree nisi granted, and costs were given against Crow.
CASE DISCONTINUED. . The action of James Bernard Picot 'against Arthur and Eserton AA arburton, a claim lor ,£SOO as damages for injuries alleged to have been received in a motorcar accident, was to have been commenced yesterday, but Messrs. A. H. Hindmarsh (counsel for the plaintiff) and I. AVilford (counsel for the defendant) appeared, and stated that it had been derided to discontinue the case.
