[Hpeoially Written for The Dominion.] SATURDAY. Curry soup. Cokl roast pork. Potatoes. Tomato salad. Date pudding. Sweet sauce. SUNDAY. Oyster soup. Colonial goose. Baked potatoes. Cauliflower. Apple amber pudding. Cream. FOB SUPPER. Dressed tongue. Salad. Diplomatic pudding. Mosaic jelly. APPLE AMBER PUDDING. Six apples, ljoz. butter, 2oz. sugar, rind and juice of small lemou, 2 eggs, litt.lo pastry. Peel, quarter, ami core the apples, put them into saucepan with tho butter, sugar, lemon rind, and juice, and stew till tender; then teat to a pulp with. a wooden spoon, stir in tlio well-beaten yolks. Line the sides of tlio piedisli with pastry; pour in tlio mixture, and bako in a moderate oven till set, Defiance Butter. All Grooere."
