May 22. , In connection with tho trouble between Mr. Hansen and Mr. Bourchier regarding the acting rights of Baron Henri de Rothschild's new play "Croesus," which culminated in a frj-e fight at the Garrick Theatre, and' subsequently Court proceedings, the Court of Appeal has rejected Mr. Hansen's application to restrain Mr. Bonrchier's company from playing "Croesus."
