M'Carthy, coroner, delivered this morning his finding as a result of tha inrmcst conecrning the death ot Horace Dean, who was killed at r,n P"} railway crossing in a collision betweoa his motor-oar .and a train. The coroner found that r.o blamo attached to any of the railway oJUcials controlling the'train, and held that deceased had driven negligently in main aimng a sliced of twelve miles an hour to will m threo feet of ilie crossing, winch wnlil have been noticed sooner had a sharp US?
