BALKAN PEACE TREATY.

Tho Servian peace delegates, in handing the modifications of the draft treaty, decided on at the Alliesr* delegates' conference, to Sir Edward Gray, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, intimated that tho delegates would sign tho peacs preliminaries if the modifications wero accepted
It is stated that the Servian delegates' request for guarantees in regard to giving Servia access to the Adriatic will not be pressed if Sir Edward Grey's assurance that the Ambassador's deoision will bo binding is confirmed by the other Powers.
THE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS. i ALLIES WANT DECISIVE VOICE. (Rec. May 22, 11.5 p.m.) London, May 22. The Allies ask that their delegates to the conference in Paris, when' financial problems arising out of the war will be settled, should bo granted a similar status as that of tho Powers' representatives. AUSTRIA'S EXPENSES. Vienna, May 21. The Minister for Finance informed tho Budget Committee that the Austrian military expenditure during the Balkan crisis | had totalled ,£6,953,000.
