Tho Council of th© Royal Society of Arts lias awarded the Albert Medal to the King in recognition of liis untiring efforts to bscorae personally acquainted witli the social and economic conditions of the various parts of the Dominions, and to promote tho arts, manufactures, and commerce of the Kingdom and the Empire.
It is hoped his Majesty will receive the mtdal from the hands of the Duke of Connaught, President of the Society, after his return. from Germany.
