A "CHARITABLE" COMPANY. Ily Telegraph—Frets Association—Coprriffht Sydney, May 20. A unique limited liability company has been formed and registered in Sydney. It is not out for profit. Tho memorandum of association says it has been formed for "charitable purposes," and is named "Tho British Immigration League, New South Wales Branch." The company's objects include the opening up of agricultural a,reas in New South Wales, settling immigrants on the land, fostering the immigration of rural workers and domestics, and also such artisan labour as can he absorbed without congesting the labour market.
