A case involving tho obligation upon a licensed taxi-driver to accept a fare when not engaged was heard at the Police Court this morning, .Frank Norman being'charged with refusing to carrv a young lady on April 27, though the legal fare was tendered. It was alleged that Norman refused, saying the run was too' short.
