May 18, 5.S p.m.) New York, May 17. ,The Governor of Arizona has signed an Anti-Alien Bill on similar lines to the legislation passed by California. In tho Arizona Bill, though, wealthy Mexicans aro barred out of tho rights of citizenship as well as Asiatics.
