Mr. Gourlay, president of the Canadian Manufacturers' Association, spenking at a meeting, predicted that Canada was on the evo of a general revision of tariffs, on similar lines to the United States. Mr. Tudor and Mr. Foster, Australian and Canadian Customs Ministers, have arrived at a basis of an arrangement by which it is hoped reciprocity between Australia and Canada will be established on similar lines as those with New Zealand.
