Cecil Smitlier, about 1G years of age. }vas found guilty of uii'awful carnal knowledge. Sentence was deferred. Albert Jennings, who was convicted on Tuesday for the theft of a bicycle appeared on a second charge of the theft of a bicycle. Ho pleaded guilty and was sentenced to reformative treatment for two years. .TOIIII Willoughby was found guiltv of arson. Sentence, wasi deferred ponding a point for decision by tho Arbitration Court as to' certain evidence adduced by tlio Croivn bring admissible.in view of the decision ol the jury in the case.
