Renter's News Agency reports that Greece and Sorvia do not approve of Bulgaria's readiness to sign, the peace preliminaries forthwith, without a' full recurvation on the points nearly concerning themselves, and an exhaustive discussion of the draft treaty, firstly between tho Allies, and afterwards with the Ambassadors' Conference. AN OBJECTION BY BULGARIA. (Rue. May 15, 11.20 p.m.) Constantinople, May 15. Bulgaria has objected to the repatriation of' Turkish troops to Albania before the peace preliminaries are signed. SUSPENSION OF HOSTILITIES. (Rec, May 15, 11.20 p.m.) Constantinople, May 15. Tho period of the suspension of hostilities between Bulgaria and Turkey has been prolonged till the end of May. SCUTARI'S NEW TENANTS. Cetinje, May 14. Th 1 ? international force of occupation for Scutari consists of three lnmdral British and two hundred each of French, Italians, and Austrians, and one hundred Germans. Admiral Burney, commanding tho Combined fiest, is 'tlio temporary Governor.
