COURT PROCEEDINGS, & RECONCILIATION MURDER & SUICIDE. By Telegraph—PreßS Association-Copyright (Rec. May 15, 0.40 p.m.) Perth, May 15. A terrible tragedy occurred here early this morning.' Thb domestic relations of a man named Alfred John Binks and his wifo havo been subject to Police Court proceedings recently, but a reconciliation was effected yesterday. Binks and his wifo retired last night at half-past ten, but they were subsequently heaTd in argument, and this was followed later by the soiled of slots. The wifo then ruslied out of' thsir room, and the husband followed her. Binks fired two more shots at his wife, both of which hit her. Tho man afterwards returned to tho bedroom and shot himself dead. . Mrs. Binks was taken to the hospital, where she expired.
