[Specially Written for The Dominion.] FRIDAY. Celery Soup. Pish Croquettes. Potatoes. Vegetable Marrow. Boiled. Date Pudding. FISH CKOQUETTES. Cold, cooked fish, loz. butter, 2 eggs, 1 deisertspoontul chopped parsley, lib. boiled potatoes or rice, salt aud pepper to taste, a little grated lemon rilid, breadcrumbs. Mash tho potatoes finely, break the fish up small, removing bones. Mix together, all tho salt, pepper, butter, lemon rind, parsley, and tho veil-beaten egg. Form mixture) into balls with a little Hour; if necessary, add a little milk, to make them adhere; brush over with tho rest of tho egg, shake in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot, deep fat. Serve garnished with slices of lemon, or with a nicc sauce. FOE TO-MORROW. Stock. White vegetables. 21b. fillet of steak. Marmalade. Suet. FOE SUNDAY. Tomatoes. Stock. Bacon for boiling. Fillet of veal. Wbito breadcrumbs. Pears for stewing. Celery. Apples. Pastry. Defiance Butter. All Grooers.*
