A MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Auckland, May 12. A bottle Ims been found at Parenga, containing a message as follows (blanks hoiiifj left whero the words are blurred): "Monday, S. 16, 1 p.m., 1913. N da is sinkiiiT by •» liurrieano in i'l (leg. S. L. ICO cast. G. M is dead —• everybody." The paper is apparently a sheet from a German logbook. Later. A further perusal of the message found in a bollle at Mangonui Bluff indicates that the exact. wording was as follows:— "Monday, J). IG, 7, 1012, Nolina is .■sinking by hurricano in i2<leg. S. L. ICO deg. east. God save us mid everybody. The position given is about midway between Melbourne and Wellington.
