[Specially Written for The Dominion.] SATURDAY. Macaroni soup. Ragout of rabbit. Potatoes, Pumpkin. Lemon sago pudding:. ; SUNDAY. Soup a la Heine. Roast bocf. Yorkshire ■pudding. Baked potatoes. Vegeitablo marrow. Apple pie. Chocolate cream. FOR SUPPER. Cold roast beef. Beetroot salad. Capo gooseberry 'cream. Trifle. RAGOUT OP RABBIT. Cut a rabbit info joints and soak in salted water for 15 minutes, then put into a stowpan with two whole onions, 1 blado maco, i teaspoon grated lemon peel, ami some salt. Pour on enough milk and water to nearly cover tho joints of rabbit, bring to tho boil, draw to the sido of tho stove, and simmer gently about li hours (an old rabbit will take longer). Wliem, cooked 'thicken tho gravy with (lour, cook 10 minutes longer, and servo garnishod with triangles of fried bread. . Defiance Butter. All Qrooers.'
