The Ambassadors' Conference has remitted the draft of tho projects put forward by Austria and Italy for ithe Government of Albania, for the consideration of tho Powers. Tho scheme provides for a National Gendarmerie, tho officers of which would be drawn from tho armies of minor European Powers, Austria and Italy lio provide a loan on behalf of the new realm. The Conference is unlikely to resume its sittings until after tho Whitsuntide holidays. (Rec. May 9, 11.50 p.m.) Constantinople, May 9. Tho Porte has ordered tho repatriation of tho Turkish troops in Albania. THE PEACE TREATY. POWERS AND TURKEY ASSENT TO IT. (Rec. May 9, 11.50 p.m.) London,'"May 9. It ia understood that the Powers and Turkey have assented to the draft of tho Peace Treaty, but that tho Allies have not yet replied to the communications on tho subject of its terms. ESSAD PASHA. WHY HE LEFT SCUTARI. (Rec. May 9, 11.50 p.m.) London, May 9, Essad Pasha telegraphed to Ismail Kemal Bey denying the statement that ho had proclaimed himself King of Albania, or had negotiated with King Nicholas of Montenegro regarding tho throne of Albania, in consideration of his evacuating Scutari. Famine alone, Essad Pasha says, compelled him to surrender Scutari. GREEK AND BULGAR. FIGHTING AT DRAMA. (Rec. May 9, 11.50 p.m.) Salonika, May 9. It is reported that further fighting has taken place between tho Greeks and Bulgarians near Drama.
