One pou,nd cold meat, five ounces pieces of bread, nno onion, one tablespoon curry powd'.T, one or two ounces butter, thre6 tablespoon? stock or mill;, one teatpoon. silt, squeeze lemon juice or a little vinegar. one egg. .Mince thy meat, soak tlie bread in warm water, and when soi't fquccze out all the water. Soften the butter, and mix all the ingredients together. Put into a wellbuttered picdi.-h. b;ike for an hour, turn out 011 to a hot dish, and serve. If a small dish is required, halve Iho quantities, and use a Miiall tor To3Foiiuo\v. Half a pint peas, staked over-night, stock, two dozen oysters, breadcrumbs, one lemon, fruit for stewing.
