[Specially Written for Tub Dominion.] TUESDAY. Julienne Soup. White Fricassee Chops. Potatoes. Artichokes. Baked Raisin Pudding. Sweet Sauce. WIIITE FRICASSEE CHOPS. Olio pound and a half neck chops, 1 onions, barely enough water to cover, halfpint milk, 1 tablespoon flour, salt and pepper, chopped parsley. Trim chops, remove fat, cut onion into dice, put into saucepan, barely cover with water, add salt and pepper, and simmer gently till tender; add milk, blend flour, and thicken; cook three minutes;'season, if necessary; serve on hot dish, sprinkled with parsley finely chopped. POU TO-MORROW. Stock. Tomatoes. Corned Beef. Suet. Apples. Sago. Defianco Butter. All Grocers.*
