At t.llo inquest concerning tho death of Charles Flanders, aged 19, who met-with a fatal gun accident whilst duck-shooting yesterday, n verdict was returned tp 'ho effect that deceasrd was nc-cideiitally killed by a gunshot wound, tho accident being caused by the negligent use of his Tlio l following rider was added:—The frequency of accidents arising solely from tho careless uso of firearms suggests iho advisability of legislation requiring all persons using or having possession of firearms and ammunition to take out a license issued by some competent expert after careful examination and inquiry regarding tho proposed liccnso.
