ASSOCIATION.
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The weekly meeting of tho management committee of the Wellington Football Association was held last evening, Mr. B. L. Salmon presiding. It was mentiojied that a cottage had been obtained at Miramar for players to dress in. The Canterbury Association sent in a challenge for a Brown Shield match. The letter was referred to the New Zealand Football Association. A protest was received from the Island Bay Club against tho action of tho Marist Bros. Club in playing a boy over age. Consideration was deferred until nest week. The Y.M.C.A. B Club entered a Fourth Division team, and they were drawn to play Y.M.C.A. A at Miramar No. 4, on May 3. It was decided that the schools, competition commence on Saturday, May 10. During the season a seven-a-side tournament will be held for a set of medals. In connection with the Wednesday competition, it was decided to hold a special metting of delegates concerned on May 7. The following recommendations from the grounds,committee were adopted(a) That all matches postponed on ono day be played oil tho following Saturday, (b) That one round only be played in the First and Second Divisions, and two rounds in the • Third and Fourth Divisions.
