POLICE . PUT ON THE ALERT. Tolearanli—Presi Association—Gosrrlitlit Berlin, April 23. Tho Chief of Police received a warning from abroad that it was intended to make an attempt on tho life of tho Kaiser at Karlsruhe. The police at Karlsruhe were informed, but no importance was attached to the incident. Tho fact that the Kaiser motored to Karlsruhe instead of going by train is asoribed to tho fine'weather.
