Mr. J. Ramsay Mac Donald, M.P., has for a third consecutive term been appointed c'lairnian of the Labour party in Parliament. Hith?rto chairmer. of tho Labour party were precluded from holding oflice for more than two sessions in succession. Mr. Henrv Frowds is retiring nfler thirty-nir.e years' work manager of the Jiondon business of the Oxford University Press. Mr. IT.umjfh.rcy Mil ford, who has for some years been associated with Mr. Frowde, lias been appointed his successor.
