' The following officers wero elected for the ensuing year : —Vicar's churchwarden, , Professor T. H. Easterlield; parishioners' churchwarden, Jlr. J. "W. A. Marchant; vestry, Jlessrs. E. 11. Anddrson, G. G. Biidges, S, Al. Hobbs, K. Si Farmer, R. L. Jlestayer, T. Plant, G. Shirtclifle, L. Stowe, W. P. Ward/W. H. 'VVarreni auditors, Messrs. C. P. 'Powles and G. Wright. .The meeting unanimously decidod to approve of ths objective of the Bible-iii-iJohools moveaient, and a motion was passed to the effect that St. Paul's parish will support any movement in regard to a referendum being taken thioughout New Zealand on fJiy auc-stion.
