The following sale was made on tho Stock Exchange to-day:—Electric, 4s. lOd. The following ealo was reportedßiso and Shine, £1 9s. WAIHI MINING COMPANY. ANNUAL REPORT. Auckland, April 26. The annual report 'of tho Waihi Company shows tho cross profit for tho year to have been £119,7C0. Adding tho bullion produced during the strike (£54,3C0) and £82,QG0 brought forward from last year gives a total of £256,000. Dividends and income tax absorb £180,000, depreciation £33,000, further transfer to Horahora power scheUTo £25,000, leaving £18,000 to be carried forward. A dividend of Is. per share has been declared payable on June 2.
