' Four ounces flour. 4oz. butter, doz. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 small teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, beat tho butter and sugar to a cream, add tho Hour, salt, and baking powder, gifted togother, and the - eggs, well beaten, by degree ■alternately. Steam in a buttered basin U vo hours; turn out and ssrve with, melted treaclo sauce.
